From the problem we knew well to the platform we were missing.
SERVON was born at Pixart, from the daily work of maintaining customer websites and servers: different hosting panels, manual checks, backups nobody knew were working, and alerts that arrived too late.
Instead of adding another tool to the stack, we built a platform that brings the entire operation together — inventory, monitoring, backups, deployments, permissions, and audit trail — on the same data and access rules.
Each organization has its own instance, served from its domain. We onboard new organizations with guided support: we review how the infrastructure is set up, deploy the instance, and connect the first servers with you.

Automation handles repetitive work; decisions with irreversible impact always remain with a person, with identity and an audit trail.
Secure by default
Every access is the minimum necessary. An insecure configuration does not start in production instead of starting with a warning nobody reads.
Everything can be rolled back
Whenever possible, SERVON rolls back automatically. When it cannot, it asks for confirmation before proceeding.
